Delete your account

To request deletion of your Link account and its associated personal information, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

You do not need to have the app installed to make this request. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us at the same address for help verifying your account.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you. We aim to begin promptly and complete deletion of account data under our control within 28 days of a valid request, sooner where possible.

Deletion covers your Link sign-in account and associated profile and learning records. Account deletion is permanent; you can create a new account if you return.

Separate subscriptions and retained information

We do not send marketing email during the beta, so deleting your account leaves nothing else to cancel. If we start a newsletter later, every marketing email will carry an unsubscribe link, and you will also be able to request cancellation on this website.

Some records may be retained for legal obligations, security, or disputes. Provider records and backups may take longer to expire, and local copies may remain on your device. See the Beta Privacy Policy’s retention and account-deletion section for details and provider retention periods.
